Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy services to our clients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including case managers, families, and medical personnel, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW) in the state of Colorado or ability to obtain licensure within 3 months of hire.
- Experience with mental health documentation, including creating treatment plans and case notes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in client interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in the use of electronic health record systems and office technology.
