Job Title: Risk Manager- East Central Regional Hospital
Job Summary:
The Risk Manager- East Central Regional Hospital will oversee the Hospital Safety and Security Risks under the supervision of the Quality, Risk, and Incidents Director. This role will also be responsible for managing the Incident Management Process at DBHDD Hospital, promoting a safe working environment, and supervising the Incident Manager. Additionally, the Risk Manager will manage incident-related Corrective Action Plans, establish structures and processes for risk reporting and mitigation, and conduct risk assessments. The position requires up to 10% travel within the state hospital system and active participation in assigned Hospital System Meetings.

Requirements:
- Master's in healthcare management or related field
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
