Job Overview

El Paso Bridges Academy seeks an experienced Part Time Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our institution. This role requires strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Financial Management:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and management.

HR Support:

Prepare and manage employment contracts for all staff members.Verify documentation and ensure all required HR forms are submitted.

Additional Duties:

Handle phone inquiries related to financial matters and provide information on school tuition.Order and manage office, maintenance, and janitorial supplies.Assist parents with payment and tuition-related inquiries (customer service).Order uniforms as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, HR, or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all work.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience.
