Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and index incoming documents, ensuring they are filed correctly and efficiently
- Review scanned records to identify essential deadlines and information
- Assign file names and organize records in the Document Management System according to classification standards
- Electronically save scanned records, filing documents under their respective case
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all firm records and files
- Provide direction and coordination of file room operations
