**About the Job:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at the Mitchell Agency. As a life insurance agent, you will be responsible for researching and finding the best products from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you possess a deadline-oriented and detail-focused approach, along with a willingness to learn and grow, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of approximately $30,000-$60,000+ per year for part-time agents, increasing to $80,000-$190,000+ for full-time agents, depending on performance and dedication.
  • Ongoing training and support, including daily meetings and goal-setting sessions, to ensure your success as a life insurance agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify the most suitable life insurance products for clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (not required but preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
