Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality care to patients with communication or swallowing disorders. As a vital member of our team at University Medical Center of El Paso, you will work independently and consistently to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning and implementing treatment programs, and documenting treatment accurately. You will also coordinate treatment with physical and occupational therapy teams as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, you will educate patients and families on their conditions and provide support throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements
  • Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology or equivalent education
  • Current Texas license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability to determine best methods for addressing patient problems
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
