Project Manager Role at Olsson

Olsson is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Site Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and track progress to ensure timely completion and financial success.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Manage complex contract negotiations and ensure that project deliverables meet the terms and conditions outlined in the project contract.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams, coordinating internal resources, and assigning individual responsibilities to ensure technical skills and expertise align with project objectives.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor progress, measure project performance, and ensure that deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain an ongoing positive relationship with clients and focus on exceptional client service to secure future work.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records, including correspondence, design plans, and other project-related files.
  • Staff Development and Mentorship: Mentor staff within the team on project management best practices and utilize Olsson Project Management programs and other project support services resources.
