**Position Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician**
**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct thorough inspections, testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs on various transport category aircraft airframes and engines utilizing hand tools and specialized testing equipment.
2. Ensure that all aircraft are maintained in accordance with airworthiness standards set forth by relevant regulations, airworthiness directives, company policies, and industry best practices.
3. Coordinate and execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
4. Take full responsibility for aircraft maintenance tasks during assigned shifts.
5. Comprehend and apply the established maintenance program effectively.
6. Maintain clear and effective communication with Team Leads, Maintenance Control, and Pilots.
7. Utilize Structural Repair Manuals for accurate damage assessments.
8. Engage in the Safety Management System (SMS) Program and advocate for a culture of Safety Always.
9. Ensure adherence to FAA regulatory requirements.
**AIRFRAME TYPES:**
Primarily working with Boeing 737 models, including the Boeing 700 NG (Next Generation).
**COMPENSATION:**
Competitive pay ranging from $38 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
4 x 10-hour shifts from 8 PM to 6 AM, Wednesday through Saturday.
**Work Environment:**
Combination of indoor and outdoor settings; candidates must be prepared to work outside in various weather conditions.
