Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, refine, and implement a comprehensive multiyear strategy for deposit products, ancillary services, and associated fee structures. Organize and oversee annual budgets and forecasts. Manage consumer and business deposit portfolios, including checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and related services. Assess market trends and member needs to devise product strategies that align with business goals and enhance member experience. Oversee the product life cycle, including development, pricing, and promotion, while leveraging a thorough understanding of the complete product experience. Prepare and present recommendations to internal leadership committees. Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement or expansion. Evaluate product performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and track progress towards objectives. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Accountable for driving product growth, enhancing sales, and boosting member engagement. Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement tailored strategies aimed at increasing deposit growth and engagement across the product suite. Partner with internal learning teams to ensure a consistent understanding of product design and value propositions across the organization. Equip staff with the necessary product knowledge and sales tools.
  • Lead and facilitate new product development and enhancements by integrating member feedback. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management. Conduct regular member research in collaboration with the Member Experience team to gather insights and improve product offerings. Consolidate data from various sources to deliver comprehensive reports on product financial performance, member engagement, growth, and feedback, providing actionable insights for product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with department leads to comprehend the member journey and work with key stakeholders to enhance the overall experience. Conduct regular meetings to align key product enablers and stakeholders on ongoing efforts and the product roadmap.
  • Work in close partnership with risk management and compliance teams to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with financial products, particularly in deposit and payment services. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies. Develop and maintain product documentation, including terms and conditions, disclosures, and user guides.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:
8+ years of experience in product development, product management, or related fields, including project management.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement. A valid driver's license is also required.
