**Business Process Improvement Specialist – Planning**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our Business Adoption Team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring the successful implementation of new processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Communicate benefits and value of process improvements to stakeholders
  • Support the translation of business strategy into actionable process improvements
  • Partner with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes
  • Develop and conduct training programs for end-users on new processes and process changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a business process improvement role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
