Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Specialist to join our Mobile Crisis Intervention team at Monadnock Family Services.

About the Role

The Mobile Crisis Clinician will provide immediate interventions to individuals in psychiatric crisis, working in partnership with police, first responders, schools, and other community stakeholders. This full-time role will report to the Acute Care Services Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in need
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to develop and implement crisis response plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals in crisis
  • Provide education and training to community members on crisis intervention and mental health

Requirements

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related clinical field from an accredited college or university plus two years relevant experience. Preference given to those who have previous crisis intervention experience or who have a degree that is certifiable or licensable in N.H.
