The Operations Manager is dedicated to achieving operational excellence, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in the studios under their management. This role involves overseeing all equipment, technology, and facility matters. A successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with external vendors, develop replicable internal processes, and adhere to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee facility maintenance, addressing issues and repairs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the studios.
  • Conduct facility audits and inspections.
  • Manage inventory levels and supplies for studio maintenance and marketing.
  • Handle retail purchasing and inventory management.
  • Prepare daily financial reports, including budget reconciliation and auditing of refunds and unpaid bills.
  • Implement IT and facility updates.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with external vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Be cross-trained in studio sales processes and class check-in procedures to provide support as needed.
  • Conduct audits related to member status.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency.
Physical Requirements:

The role necessitates the following physical capabilities: the ability to lift between 20 to 50 pounds unassisted; frequent sitting, standing, walking, stretching, and reaching; moderate physical activity is expected. Physical demands may vary.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably within a fitness environment.
