Position Summary:
We are currently in search of an Asset Management Analyst to support the administration of our equipment fleets across these central companies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct analysis and accounting metrics to evaluate units entering and exiting the rental fleet.
2. Identify assets that may incur excessive costs and recommend timely disposal, relocation, or replacement for effective budgeting.
3. Utilize a tracking system to ensure all scheduled maintenance is performed punctually.
4. Implement standard operating procedures to monitor all equipment, minimizing redundancies and errors (e.g., QR codes, RFID tags, hour meter readings).
5. Track and report the profitability of assets on an hourly, year-to-date, and lifetime basis.
6. Collaborate closely with service mechanics and managers to gain insights into asset usage and repair costs.
7. Establish a notification system to alert managers when assets remain idle for extended periods.
8. Generate weekly and monthly reports on asset utilization.

- Willingness to travel to branch locations as necessary.
