As a Nautilus/Hyland OnBase Solutions Engineer at SysMind Tech, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) software solutions. This includes App Server, Processing Server, File Server, and Webserver setup and administration. You will also perform software upgrades, doc group creation, doc type creation, unity form creation, workflow development, and configuration changes. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and identify potential bottlenecks or problems. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring Nautilus performance to ensure optimal response times and utilization, as well as proactively monitoring and trending Nautilus platform capacity, performance, and events to plan for future growth. You will manage Nautilus storage capacity and availability using tools like capacity planning and provisioning, set up and administer access control policies, quotas, and permissions, and back up and recover Nautilus file systems and application data. You will also automate administrative tasks using scripts or tools like Ansible/Puppet, integrate Nautilus storage with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V, and maintain documentation and procedures for Nautilus administration, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, etc. You will work with infrastructure/application teams to map storage requirements and configure optimal storage for workloads, partner with internal product/technology teams to support integrations with other software solutions, and keep up to date with Nautilus product releases, features, and best practices.
Requirements
Certified Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) Administrator
Experience with workflow development and Unity form development, including dynamic logic rules and unity scripts
Development and execution of COLD, DIP, PDF Import processes and Keyword Updater
Exposure to retention module and static retention configuration
Knowledge around FIAPI (API web services) and SQL DB reporting is a desirable
