  • Implement and maintain Golden Corral's recipes, procedures, and company systems to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that they are in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Hospitality Manager to achieve overall restaurant operations goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant, with a strong track record of success in food production and operations management.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 12-week management training program.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off (PTO).
