Job Overview

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer Associate to join our team. As a Loan Officer Associate, you will assist Loan Officers in developing skills and knowledge to become a Loan Officer in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in formal training programs to learn about lending, creditworthiness, and the loan approval process.
  • Support and coordinate with Loan Officers and Division Managers to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders and realtors to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring borrowers can easily reach out and receive prompt responses.
  • Collaborate with internal associates to procure loan documents and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • BA or BS preferred.
  • Mortgage or banking experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using standard office software.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.
