Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Case Manager III to join our pre-litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service and making a meaningful impact in people's lives. As a Case Manager, you will work closely with clients to answer their questions, provide guidance, and support them through every stage of the process. You will also collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement effective case strategies that yield the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing 125 cases, communicating regularly with clients, and advising them on updates from insurance companies, medical providers, and investigators. They will also be responsible for gathering data from various sources, ensuring timely entry into our case management software, and maintaining organized client files. Additionally, they will provide excellent client service, build relationships, and trust with clients, and meet or exceed client expectations. We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000+, DOE.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of case management experience, embody empathy, resourcefulness, and drive. You must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills, both in person and on the phone. You should also be competent in word processing, databases, and email. A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done are essential. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, we will consider applicable work experience.
