Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers both in-person and via phone during the sales process, promoting additional products as appropriate.
- Accurately input customer orders into the system.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings, including catalogs and pricing, to effectively market and suggest alternatives.
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from order to payment.
- Keep the sales counter and display areas organized, safe, and appealing.
- Support warehouse operations, including stocking and inventory management.
- Participate in shipping and receiving tasks as required.
- Occasionally operate equipment such as forklifts for warehouse duties.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in the electrical sector or familiarity with electrical components.
- Understanding of warehouse and delivery processes.
- Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
- Capability to lift weights of 50 pounds or more.
- Availability to work a standard schedule.
