Our team is dedicated to advancing the health of our community, and we're looking for a medical professional who shares our passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures
- Manage a caseload of 18-22 patients per day, on average
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants, RNs, and clinical support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Work a 4-day workweek, with 36 patient contact hours per week
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
Requirements:
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred
- Experienced preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
