Sales Development Representative

At Stratix Systems, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the business-to-business sales process.
About the Role
The Sales Development Representative will focus on prospecting, lead generation, and account development for our Wyomissing office and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include cold-calling, setting appointments with potential clients, product presentations, and meeting sales targets. Key Skills and Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year of outside business-to-business sales experience, with a proven ability to sell and present products effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
