About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and performing administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in person and over the phone to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and close work orders accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with cash handling and data entry software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.

Compensation Package:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
