Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Newark, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their communication skills development, and enhancing their academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and goals, ensuring effective progress and achievement.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting, demonstrating a strong commitment to education and student outcomes.
