About the Job

This position is responsible for providing specialized services to students with communicative disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of language development and disorders, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to over $100,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives for credentialed applicants.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose students with communicative disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Consult with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement instructional strategies
  • Collaborate with community agencies to provide additional support services
Requirements
  • California Clinical Rehab - Language, Speech and Hearing Credential or enrollment in a credentialing program
  • Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders or closely related area
  • Master's degree, including all courses to meet credential requirements
