Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, based on experience and qualifications. This is a 1099 position with guaranteed weekly hours and an hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods.

About the Role:

This is a virtual speech-language pathologist opportunity in California. As a key member of our team, you will conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations, develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students, and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
