Communications Specialist Position

We are seeking a licensed Communications Specialist at beBee Professionals in Hesperia, United States.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with individuals of all ages who require support with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. As a Communications Specialist, you will assess and treat patients, developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with complex communication needs and develop targeted treatment strategies.
  • Create comprehensive treatment plans that address the individual's specific goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on effective communication techniques.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the United States.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult patients with varying communication needs.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, along with a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
