Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Omnichannel Customer Service Representative, you'll support our customers and store staff in delivering exceptional service, from consumer interest to customer delivery. This role focuses on transactions that can't be self-completed through our automated process, as well as follow-up responsibilities with our store staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through phone calls, social media channels, and email/chat
  • Process and fulfill cancellation/refund requests with a focus on saving every sale
  • Facilitate customer opportunity inquiries and escalate them to the proper groups in a timely fashion
  • Orchestrate completed sales on product that comes directly from a vendor (endless aisle)
  • Provide program feedback to senior management to improve our program/process improvements based on customer and store input
  • Final approval responsibilities on manually processed agreements from HSC
  • Consumer and customer survey gathering to improve programs
  • Customer success duties, including reviewing lease agreements with new customers, discussing next renewal dates, checking on timely deliveries, and other related tasks
Requirements
  • 12 months of experience in Sales/Customer Service
  • Previous Contact Center, Social/PR monitoring, or operations support experience
  • Chat and Social Media platform experience a plus
  • High School Diploma
