Job Title: Floor Care Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Technician to join our team at Skils'kin. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality floor care services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Provide floor care services, including carpet extractions, tile and hard floor restoration, and restroom floor scrubbing
* Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including truck mount machines and floor scrubbers
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Collaborate with management and supervision to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Assist with other custodial work as needed

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in floor care or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Valid driver's license and safe driving record
