The Community Engagement Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Community Manager to foster a collaborative and vibrant shared workspace that resonates with our members. This role is essential in nurturing an inviting atmosphere for all members and visitors by managing tours, handling day passes, and welcoming guests. Additionally, the associate will contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a welcoming environment that reflects Moniker's Core Values.
- Assist in the daily operational tasks and opening procedures.
- Conduct informative tours for potential members, understanding their needs and highlighting the advantages of joining our community.
- Oversee front desk operations, address member inquiries, and manage communications via phone and email.
- Support the administration of day passes and the reservation of conference rooms.
- Be available for 1-2 evenings per month to help with member events and social gatherings.
- Facilitate member communications through various channels including Slack and newsletters.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members.
Qualifications:
- A blend of organizational skills, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
- An Associate's Degree or higher education is preferred.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
