The Community Engagement Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Community Manager to foster a collaborative and vibrant shared workspace that resonates with our members. Additionally, the associate will contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a welcoming environment that reflects Moniker's Core Values.
- Assist in the daily operational tasks and opening procedures.
- Conduct informative tours for potential members, understanding their needs and highlighting the advantages of joining our community.
- Oversee front desk operations, address member inquiries, and manage communications via phone and email.
- Support the administration of day passes and the reservation of conference rooms.
- Be available for 1-2 evenings per month to help with member events and social gatherings.
- Facilitate member communications through various channels including Slack and newsletters.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members.
Qualifications:
- A blend of organizational skills, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
- An Associate's Degree or higher education is preferred.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
