Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to implement behavior-analytic interventions, conduct preference assessments, and assist with the training of stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing support to students in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement continuous and discontinuous measurement procedures to assess student behavior
  • Conduct preference assessments to identify student preferences and interests
  • Assist with the training of stakeholders, including family members and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records and provide support to students in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Implement generalization and maintenance procedures to ensure long-term success
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years' experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities preferred
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Must have updated child abuse and FBI clearances, criminal background check, and completed mandated reporter training
