Job Overview

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients in an intensive outpatient mental health program.

Responsibilities include executing daily and weekly structures for all levels of care clients, overseeing client monitoring, orientating new clients to the facility, facilitating communication with ancillary services, and providing direct care and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable, and able to work independently as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with minimum 2 years experience in a related field. Salary range is estimated at $42,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with program and state regulations.
