Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support our day-to-day administration and documentation needs. As an EHS Specialist, you will serve as the key contact for all administrative and support needs, including tracking and managing incident investigation, audits, training, coaching, and other EHS requirements.
Responsibilities- Plan and submit daily, weekly, and monthly data reports, aligned to Symbotic's EHS program and permits.
- Maintain accurate OSHA records and worker compensation documents.
- Audit daily work permits and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage compliance with EHS program initiatives, EPA regulations, and other environmental permits.
- Investigate non-conformances and communicate corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in EHS or a related field.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience maintaining confidentiality.
- An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
