Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our team as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist. This is a full-time position that will work directly with elementary students in a school setting, providing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the therapeutic team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $44,000 - $64,000 per year, paid weekly at a rate of $22-32 per hour. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including a matching 401(k) plan, extensive medical coverage, professional development reimbursement, and a weekly paycheck.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans for elementary students with onsite BCBA supervision provided.
  • Collect data and collaborate with the therapeutic team to support students with developmental disorders.
Requirements
  • Valid RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
