Position Overview:
This role involves the commissioning and maintenance of pneumatic and mechanical systems at client locations. The Field Service Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Commission new equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper mechanical and electrical installation for start-up.
2. Conduct regular service on existing machinery to maintain peak operational efficiency.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, producing detailed service reports and documentation.
4. Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and database entries with relevant industry insights.
5. Perform warranty service calls and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
6. Promote spare parts sales and identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and new business contracts.
7. Collaborate with engineering teams to suggest improvements in equipment design.
8. Provide training and support to fellow Field Service Engineers as necessary.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in an industrial setting, focusing on machine maintenance and commissioning.
- Proven track record of successful customer interaction and extensive travel (over 50%).
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to interpret schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently in the field.

Work Environment:
This position may involve working in industrial settings with potential hazards, including exposure to heat, fumes, and machinery. Physical demands include frequent standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Travel Requirements:
Frequent travel is expected, ranging from 65% to 80%, across various regions.
