Position Overview:
Are you passionate about assisting individuals and enhancing their daily experiences? In this role, you will be integral in delivering support to patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high volume of calls and inquiries, consistently striving to meet or surpass service level expectations.
Compensation:
This is a temporary-to-permanent role with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour. This position requires onsite presence and reliable transportation.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
The Patient Care Support Agent will be tasked with:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and other communications.
- Meeting or exceeding established service level goals.
- Responding to program inquiries and reporting any adverse events.
- Executing daily operational tasks while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory for this position. Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience in a call center environment.
