Bonuses are guaranteed for the initial 12 weeks at the highest level and are distributed bi-weekly.

Role Summary: The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for executing the brand strategy of Braum's and promoting its vision, mission, and values, which leads to an exceptional customer experience and maximized sales. Recognizing the significance of our workforce, we aim to enhance the team's contribution towards achieving unit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the food service department, grocery market, and beverage sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels, kitchen equipment, safety standards, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training, coaching, and leadership to team members to meet unit goals.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture that emphasizes consistent service and quality.

Work Schedule: Workdays will vary based on a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected workweek of 45 hours.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the District Manager.

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing a retail unit.
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or some college education.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
