Position Overview:

The Scenic Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our Scenic and Audiovisual products. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at preparing and verifying equipment for shipment, while adhering to industry standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate clear communication between the Operations and Scenic departments to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Support the training and supervision of team members, providing guidance on work quality and addressing discipline-specific challenges.
  • Coordinate with additional personnel to fulfill departmental requirements effectively.
  • Assist in planning daily departmental tasks, including show preparations, client demonstrations, and workflow organization.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment preparation and ensure traceability.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality standards to deliver superior products.
  • Effectively present information and address inquiries from colleagues at all levels.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with individuals across the organization.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to deadlines, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Assess equipment requirements for operations, ensuring all components are available for optimal functionality.
  • Inspect products for safety and quality issues, reporting findings to management.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage, implementing a coded binning system for safe equipment storage.
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including customer interactions and inventory tracking.
  • Contribute to other departments as necessary to support business objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $19.75/hr - $29.27/hr, reflecting the low and high ends of the company's salary structure, which may vary based on experience and qualifications.
