  • Accountable for the timely preparation of all banquet events.
  • Handles the disassembly and proper storage of banquet equipment.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of function areas.
  • Ensures prompt replenishment of buffet items during all banquet events.
  • Upholds a high standard of cleanliness and adheres to sanitary practices.
  • Responsible for serving food and beverages in accordance with the directives of the Director of Restaurants to guarantee consistency, timeliness, and optimal temperature of all offerings.
  • Replenishes beverages as required.
  • Efficiently clears dishes as guests finish each course or meal segment.
  • Communicates vital information regarding orders, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the appropriate personnel.
  • Proactively anticipates guests' needs and exceeds service expectations.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
