Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of General Managers to achieve operational results and maximize sales and profit in multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of General Managers to set goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Oversee and develop 3-4 restaurants to ensure they meet McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Manage the restaurants' P&Ls and make decisions to improve profitability
  • Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team is in place
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with GMs to maintain crew staffing levels, reduce turnover, and create a fun atmosphere in restaurants

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience running high-performing locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
