Job Title: Area Supervisor

About the Role:

As an Area Supervisor at McDonald's, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and direction to staff to enhance restaurant operations and maximize sales and profit. You will work closely with Restaurant Leaders and Crew to build positive business relationships and consistently demonstrate McDonald's values and leadership behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and coaching to staff to improve restaurant operations and customer satisfaction

• Work with Restaurant Leaders to set goals and create plans to achieve them

• Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team is in place

• Conduct performance reviews with Restaurant Leaders and ensure they are conducting reviews with their teams

Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts each day of the week

• Willingness to relocate

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
