Job Summary:
Ascension is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Provider NP PA CNS to lead our Women's Service Line. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert clinical guidance and support to our staff, while also contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Serve as an expert consultant for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development.
- Contribute to defining, directing, and evaluating the nursing care and functions of clinical staff.
- Manage clinical research projects in support of evidence-based practice and disseminate findings.
Requirements:
- Clinical Nurse Specialist credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required and Master's degree required.
