Job Summary

We are actively hiring for a Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform radiographic procedures, develop an individualized patient plan of care, and inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic procedures, including developing an individualized patient plan of care.
  • Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited radiology program.
  • ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification as required by state.
  • Successful completion of BLS - CPR Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in radiation technology is preferred.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
  • Physically demanding, high-stress environment.
  • Exposure to blood and body fluids, communicable diseases, chemicals, radiation, and repetitive motions.
  • Pushing and pulling heavy objects.
  • Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients and equipment.
  • Manual and finger dexterity.
  • Hand eye coordination.
  • Standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
  • Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Corrected vision and hearing to within normal range.
  • Working irregular hours.
