Job SummaryWe are actively hiring for a Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform radiographic procedures, develop an individualized patient plan of care, and inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
Responsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures, including developing an individualized patient plan of care.
- Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiology program.
- ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification as required by state.
- Successful completion of BLS - CPR Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current certification.
- Certification in radiation technology is preferred.
- Physically demanding, high-stress environment.
- Exposure to blood and body fluids, communicable diseases, chemicals, radiation, and repetitive motions.
- Pushing and pulling heavy objects.
- Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients and equipment.
- Manual and finger dexterity.
- Hand eye coordination.
- Standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
- Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Corrected vision and hearing to within normal range.
- Working irregular hours.
