Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening
  • Possession of a level II guard card by the start date

Position Overview:

The Dedicated Officer at Signal will provide static security services across various locations, including courtyards, offices, pools, and other critical areas. The primary goal is to ensure that all access points are secure and to safeguard property and individuals with vigilance and care. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on specific site needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver security services that align with company values and site-specific guidelines
  • Document detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology during each shift
  • Punctually arrive for shifts, adhering to instructions and dress code
  • Engage with on-site customers to foster a sense of security
  • Promptly communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns
  • Manage and maintain company equipment throughout the shift
  • Professionally deescalate conflicts as they arise
  • Meet reporting standards and uphold service quality expectations
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure operational excellence

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Completion of training modules within the first month of employment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to service excellence and professionalism
  • Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
