Job Description:

Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Sector is seeking a highly skilled BMC3 Architect to join the Strike Division Advanced Development group in Redondo Beach, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support technical development, architecture, and integration of emerging capabilities for each program across the Strike Division.
  • Collaborate with NG architects to execute technical tasks, including CMCC, MTC, TITAN, ABMS, and other restricted programs.
  • Establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test across Strike Division programs.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for technical demonstrations of select rapid capability demonstration efforts.
  • Support new business and/or expand the product line with multiple customers, preparing proposals, proposal work statements, and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-domain C5ISRT data integration and analysis.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience integrating multi-domain sensor data across major DOD weapon systems, knowledgeable of a wide range of payload technologies.
  • Experienced leader with a proven track record of building and managing teams.
  • Must have the demonstrated ability to handle multiple managerial and technical tasks simultaneously with a broad span of control.
  • Must be knowledgeable of financial and business concepts required to manage for attainment of business goals.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI and CI-Poly clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the military.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills leading a successful team to develop new technical capabilities.
  • Detailed working knowledge of government networks, architecture, and data flows.
  • Understanding of DOD & IC organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across customers and programs.
  • Access to special projects.
