Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest requests, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including balancing transactions, preparing reports, and conducting security walks.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting principles and basic arithmetic functions.
