Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel financial transactions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue and expense statements.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including room charges and incidentals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff, including front desk and housekeeping teams, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a high level of security and safety awareness, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
