  • Knowledge of sales, loan processing, and closing procedures.
  • Formal credit training and/or underwriting experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
  • Proven ability to grow loan portfolios, enhance client relationships, and cross-sell banking products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and business development skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field is preferred.
