  • Execute rotating machine alignment tasks.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of electrical systems to assist the Electrical Maintenance Technician.
  • Ensure that facilities and grounds are maintained in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate project management capabilities and engage in plant projects as required.
  • Support process operators as needed.
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in managing parts inventory.
  • Stay informed and compliant with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Complete all assignments given by the Maintenance Engineer.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all records and company information.
  • Uphold and promote all company safety, health, environmental, and quality initiatives.
  • Deliver a high standard of service and work performance while fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and shared learning.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Technical degree or certification in a related mechanical discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance operations is necessary.
  • Experience in industrial or process maintenance is essential.
  • Expertise in mechanical systems, piping, welding, and hydraulics is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, time-management, and troubleshooting abilities.
