Job Responsibilities:- Assist the student throughout the day
- Follow doctor's orders and administer medication as needed
- Meet with the student's family to discuss their needs and create an action plan
- Collaborate with the main nurse to ensure the student's care plan is implemented
- Provide rescue medications for select cases
- Document progress notes throughout the day
- Keep the student's parents informed of their condition and provide updates
- Assist with trach, vents, and G-tubes as needed
- NYS RN License

- Recent physical, titers, and PPDs
- Two forms of ID
