**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments, provide exceptional patient care and service, and collaborate with the clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform various clinical and administrative tasks to support the healthcare team
- Provide exceptional patient care and service
- Collaborate with the clinical team, including MDs, RNs, and other MAs, to achieve optimal patient outcomes

**Requirements:**
- Phlebotomy license required
- Proficiency in medical terminology essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think creatively and out of the box to drive innovation and improvement

**Compensation:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience and skill set.
