Job Overview:
The Clinical Support Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating patient care at PIH Health. Reporting to the front office, this specialist processes outside referrals, coordinates treatment, and maintains accurate records. A strong communicator, this individual ensures seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and typing.
  • Excellent telephone management and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Fluent in English, with bilingual Spanish or Korean a plus.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum six (6) months of front and back medical office experience required; two (2) years preferred.

Compensation: Estimated salary range: $23.50-$32.50 per hour.
